PRODUCTION
Various manufacturing scenarios: from spinning, weaving to dyeing and finishing
Fiber selection: Appropriate fibers are selected with desired properties of the fabric, such as strength, durability, and comfort.
Spinning: Once the fibers have been selected, they are spun into yarn. The spinning process determines the strength and texture of the yarn.
Weaving or knitting: The yarn is then woven into fabric. The weaving process creates a fabric that is strong and durable, while the knitting process creates a fabric that is more flexible and comfortable.
Dyeing & Finishing: The fabric is dyed and finished to improve its performance. Common finishing treatments include water-repellency, stain resistance, and flame resistance.
